The ScanGel product line is designed for use in both low temperature applications and in pasteurized and emulsified meat products, poultry products, and fresh meat products. The high fat and water-binding properties of the ScanGel product line give excellent emulsification and gel strength at the desired level with the different types of ScanGel available for the various applications.
